College Move-In & Package Storage Available! 

Sending items ahead for your student's move-in? I can help by accepting, processing, and safely storing packages until move-in day!

Pricing: 

Includes accepting, processing, and holding items until your student moves in. Packages will be available for pickup at my home, located approximately 10 miles from campus.

Please note: I am unable to accept liquids, detergents, or any items that could melt in warm temperatures while being stored, as packages will be received during the summer months.

Dorm delivery is available for an additional fee. I can email you pricing and details for dorm delivery, as well as arrangements for meeting at a convenient central location off Cumberland for package pickup.

• Up to 10 packages: $60

• 11–15 packages: $75

• 16–20 packages: $125

• More than 20 packages: Pricing can be discussed based on volume.

• Oversized Item Fee: $15 per item

  • Applies to items larger than 36 inches in any dimension or weighing more than 50 pounds.

Laundry Services

• One set of sheets and towels: $20 (wash and dry)

• Mattress cover and/or comforter: $30 each (wash and dry)

Having clean bedding ready for move-in can make the first day much easier.

Delivery and furniture assembly are available for an additional fee. I will contact you and send pricing and service details.
